The lady that helped me was very, patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this place. If they don't have what you are looking for in store they will order! Best shoes ever and I would definitely go back.

Customer service was excellent! Sylvia was super friendly and helpful! She was training with Brian from the Berkeley store who had a lot of knowledge about how to make the shoes fit even more comfortably with some insoles and sock choices. Totally felt like a full on princess treatment and I will definitely be in again!

She didn’t take anything personally—instead, she really took it to heart and worked hard to find the perfect fit for me.
